Overlooking the calm warm waters of Great Bay which runs into Nantucket Sound/Atlantic Ocean approx 250-300’ from my property. Just a few min walk to beach and 10 min to popular restaurant/bar overlooking ocean w/Marthas vineyard in horizon. Island queen boat is a 35 min ride ; not far from my cottage. Ferry at Woods Hole is further away & takes cars on board. GREAT place to go; easy to explore in a day or just a ride over for lunch etc. There is a 30 amp hookup, it has what any van-lifer needs. Plus there is an outdoor shower. Any questions ….please ask before booking!
