A small patch of trees serves as our "bird sancturay" where you can see and hear a wide variety of birds chirping and flying through. 40 acres with two small streams. Mostly forest with some open land. Very quiet and isolated but only 1.8 miles west off MS HWY 25 which is a 4 lane HWY from Starkville to Jackson. We have 110, 30W and 50 W outlets at west end of barn. We have 15 or more campsites scattered around the barn. We have water at the side of the barn and a full bath in the barn. On the south side of the property which is 1/4 mile south of the barn, we have additional camping in a mostly forested area but no bathroom or water.
