We have a 55 acre property that's approx 15 acres pasture and 40 acres woodland. We are a in-progress pick-your-own orchard who are waiting for our trees to grow. From our property you can access the town forest, which is about 120 acres of hiking trails. At the far end of the town forest is Great Brook Trail which is a beautiful walking trail that follows a babbling brook. All of this is accessible by from our property without having to go on public roads. There is a large communal fire pit with 4 foot fire ring and cooking grate. As well as a shared portable toilet for all sites to use. There are a couple dates to keep in mind when making your booking: May 1: Porta Potty is available for the season First warm week in June: 1,000's of fire flies Last Weekend in September: Deerfield Fair 2nd Weekend in October: Town Wide Yard Sale 3rd Weekend in October: Deerfield Arts Tour October 30th: Porta Potty is closed for the season November 1st: Start of hunting season: Make sure to wear orange when in the woods.

Site 3
We stayed at site 3. I would say this site is the largest of the sites. It has a great view, the ability to capture sun on a solar panel and pull through/around set up. The ability to drive in and load up on wood was great (for a fee) Level site, good fire ring, no picnic table, awesome hammock out in the field. Yes you could hear neighbors rooster in the distance but we enjoyed it. Give this place a 10/10

Great spot!
Sean’s land is a great place to camp! It is definitely a logging road on the way up, trailers may be a challenge but my truck camper made it up just fine! Beautiful place to catch the sunrise

Such a great campsite! Gorgeous view of the fall foliage. The host was easy to communicate with and the campsite had everything you would need for a great trip! Can’t wait to come back.

The views were spectacular. Well maintained area for camping while preserving a sense of privacy and being out in nature. Great find and would be lucky to stay here again.

I had a really good time camping here. First night I enjoyed conversation around the communal fire pit with another group of campers. The second night I had a quiet fire at my site. The sites are comfortable and spacious and it was easy enough to maintain privacy. The bathroom was very clean. I enjoyed great views to the north and south with beautiful skies to the north and a beautiful red barn to the south with a tree covered hill/small mountain beyond it. I took my dog for walks in the nearby neighborhood as well as on a very quiet logging trail past scenic marshes all the way to the Great Brook trail which goes along a beautiful creek. So plenty of hiking and walking without needing to get in a car. Getting my small camper in and out was no problem. Very enjoyable stay. I plan to come again.

Great unique location with mountain views. Multiple benches at scenic spots and a hammock on the property to relax at, fire pit at your site. Very easy to find with signs pointing the way. Portapotty was very clean and even had a motion sensored light in it. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as there's a rooster in the distance that apparently has insomnia
