Bought this place 13 yrs ago it was nothing but bare land. I've cleared out an area to camp, play, and enjoy the world. Find this as a good chance to share the outdoors with new ppl. Every year we host a Tree fundraiser called "May We Begin" where we replant as many trees with tree shields as we can raise funds for. Learn more about this land: The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. Quiet and peaceful

James is an amazing host! He is accommodating, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He made our stay super easy and comfortable. We had a lovely fire, thanks to James delivering wood and sticks so that we could get it going with these. I highly recommend Apple Cove, peaceful, quiet and located near some great outdoor activities.

Beautiful Night Sky

Overall a good spot, not hard to get to and private once you get back to your site. Beautiful spot to see the stars too! Not all the sites had a good spot to pitch a tent, sometimes the gravel drive expanded a bit far

This place was wonderful for our Eclipse gathering! James was a gracious and helpful host who ensured we had everything we needed on his beautiful property. I wish we lived closer so we could have more reasons to come back sooner!
