Please be advised before booking that we do not give refunds if you cut your stay short or arrive at a later date. This is not a place for gatherings. Please keep in mind that you must turn off Heater and AC when not in camper, as it is a camper and not a house. No pets please as we are highly allergic to dogs, cats and other animals.
