Secluded rustic one room cabin suitable for 2 people on 28 acres of private property 10 minutes from Letchworth State Park, 5 minutes from Greenway Valley Trail, Queensize bed, out house, firepit with wood provided, catch and release fishing pond, creek. Cabin is insulated and has electric wiring to hook up to generator for additional fee or bring your own.Site is located in a secluded wooded area on our property which is close (15 minute drive) to Letchworth State Park and a 5 minute walk to the Genesee Valley Greenway Trail that leads to Letchworth State Park. The cabin has a queen bed, solar lights, table and chairs as well as a small table and chairs outside on the deck. There is a fire pit with firewood supply, an outhouse nearby, non potable water, a catch and release fishing pond as well as a creek that runs along our property line. The cabin is insulated and wired for use with a generator which can be used for an extra fee of $15 that will run 8 to 10 hours.
