Surrounded by a tranquil pine forest with views of the peaks. The site includes numerous walking trails, a resorted apple orchard and recently planted fruit trees (cherry, apricot, peach, plum). Very private with close access to downtown Keene, a short walk to the Ausable River waterfront and the 46 Restaurant. Minutes drive to major trailheads for hiking, newly developed mountain biking trails, rock climbing, Whiteface Mountain, and Mt Van Hoevenburg Sports Complex.
