A little piece of heaven nestled along the Molalla River. Walking distant to the river, a park, and surrounded by forest. Just a short couple of mins from town or the Molalla River cooridor (great for hikes, fishing etc) Here on our property you'll hear the neighbors chickens, my dogs occasionally & kiddos. I have space to park an RV, trailer and or throwing up some tents. No bathroom use currently so you'll need to bring that but you'll have access to water( spigot). Also for you to enjoy is the creek that runs through our property. Depending on the time of year I may have some extra garden produce to share as well ❤️Small grassy area perfect to put up tents, Park a trailer. Easy access to roadway and a quick walk to the park and river ☺️ sound of creek running
