Site 1 - EZ Getaway
Enjoyable
Our stay at Emily's was cozy and calm. We stayed at site one. This is the closest site to the road but, as was mentioned in another review, traffic on the road was sparse to non-existent during the night hours.
Emily's communication was informative, helpful, and pleasant. The box of thoughtful items at our site, along with the dry firewood, simply made things more relaxing and enjoyable.
Whether just passing through or staying for a bit, this is a good spot.

Site 2 - EZ Getaway
Such a cute little site and Emily was a great host. Would absolutely recommend and I will definitely return!
My only critique is for site 2, it's the only site out of the 3 that's on a pretty steep incline. I'd suggest adding a stone walk way from the tent placement down to the fire pit. Or something to make it easier to get up and down the grassy hill. The grass is just very slippery from the dew in the morning. You can use the stone driveway to get up and down though, so it's not a big deal.
9/10, will definitely be returning. All three sites have a ton of space. Emily also leaves little care packages as well, which were very helpful along with plenty of firewood. I hope Emily gets more buisness! She deserves it.

Site 1 - EZ Getaway
Emily was a great host! Very clear directions to get to the site, and some thoughtful little details including the wood onsite was great! Only downside to camping on Site 1 was most of the site is on an incline, so it was a bit tough to find a good place to pitch. Site 2 has a dedicated camp pad though!

Site 3 - EZ Getaway
Emily is a great host. Had the fire going for me on arrival, which was a really nice touch. Site was comfortable, pretty close to level, and reasonably private. Only thing I'd love to see change would be a door (as opposed to the current Realtree curtain) and a roof on the outhouse. I didn't have to drop my morning deuce in the rain, but if anyone had been in the site across the driveway from the outhouse, they would have had a full view, because the wind made the curtain useless.

Site 1 - EZ Getaway
Allegheny Dream Getaway
We had our dream weekend getaway here primitive tent camping. The campsites are very spacious and have excellent views of rolling hills, forest and pasture. The surrounding roads were very quiet throughout the night, and we were only minutes from two covered bridges. For a day trip, we went to Big Mountain Overlook in the Buchanan State Forest. The campsite hostess was very polite on messaging through the app and kept the bathroom clean, but other than that we felt very secluded. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to experience the Allegheny Mountains in central Pennsylvania, a gem of the Appalachians.

Site 3 - EZ Getaway
Emily got us out of a bind last minute. New to hipcamp we thought we had another instant book booked but turned out they were closed. She was quick to respond and got us situated. Her spot is very tranquil. It had rained a ton and the site we wanted wasn't drivable but she got us into site 1 and we had a great time. Thanks for the juices and fire starter. Didn't get a chance to meet her in person but Soooo appreciate the quick response and setup.
