Learn more about this land: Watch the sun and moon rise over the pond from the grassy knoll in the edge of the woods or under the trees. Enjoy paddling around the pond, fishing and watching the ducks and geese during the day and relaxing around the fire pit at night. We offer 2 campsites on the pond on our private property. They are both slightly sloped.  Site 1 is on the grassy knoll overlooking the pond. It is sunny early in the day and gets shady as the day progresses. It is closer to the outhouse. Site 2 is under the trees and right beside the pond. It gets spotty sun throughout the day. We live through the woods past the campsites. An outhouse with composting toilet, potable water, picnic table, grill, fire pit, fire wood and trash can are provided. Please note that we do not offer a 30 amp camper hookup, only a 15 amp electrical cord running from our house that will run lights, but not a/c or heat.

Site 1 - The Grassy Knoll
Hosts were delightful! Cannot say enough positive things about them. Quick to respond with questions. Campsite was quiet and beautiful. Campsite is heavily sloped, not ideal for a camper, but can certainly be done. My female friends who used the outhouse said it was super clean. 10/10 would stay here again.

Site 2 - Under the Trees
This was a magical place to camp! Super friendly hosts! We took the row boat out on the pond and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The fire pit was super convenient for our dinner and the location was perfect being so close to Congaree National Park. We will definitely be coming back!

Site 2 - Under the Trees
Beautiful location under the trees near the pond at site #2. Clean outhouse and firewood & pit for evening relaxation. It was a great to stay while visiting Congaree NP, which was only 20” away.

Site 1 - The Grassy Knoll
Absolutely wonderful spot to place your tent and get a fire going. You’re close to the congaree national park and there’s a dollar general not too far away. The owner is also very nice and we got the company of two fantastic dogs. Would absolutely recommend

Site 2 - Under the Trees
We used our RTT and enjoyed the quiet night of camping by the pond. The dogs did visit us around dinner but were not a bother. Outhouse was very clean & well kept. Would stay here again if we are ever passing through.
