We are located on 11 acres. Wooded areas, hiking trails on-site. Perfect place to watch for deer and other animals including our 6 on-leash dogs! It is a train lover's dream because we are close to the tracks and enjoy watching the train come and go so much so that the conductor toots and waves to us!! The Santee State Park has many water activities, picnic areas, and hiking trails. There are several golf courses nearby, and a local restaurant/bar within walking distance which often offers trivia, karaoke, pool tables, and live music. Just be careful as you will be walking on the side of a main road as well as over train tracks.This is a laid-back quiet area near the state park, Lake Marion, golf courses, wildlife, and of course, trains!! You could tie a hammock in the trees and listen to the birds chirp you a lullaby. Sing your hearts out at Karaoke at the Oasis, and then sleep like a baby in the fresh country air. We have friendly dogs and welcome yours.

A great little tucked away spot off I-95. Debra was a great host and was accommodating to my 4AM arrival time. She provided detailed instructions to ensure I had a successful car camp. Thanks so much for the hospitality Debra!!

Affordable Easy Access Spot
Easy off I95 for during our travels. Large open field with plenty of room to turn around. More private if you pull straight in along the property line however or even make your turn to be line up for heading out. Beautiful pines line the back edge of property closer to the house end of the property and a smaller rig, like our tear drop trailer, can nestle there for a pleasant morning coffee spot. Debra was communicative by text, and her nephews made sure we found our spot. Once you turn left to enter the gravel lane and cross the railroad tracks stay straight to head to your last turn into property ... Don't turn left again along the tracks.

Nice week get away
Wonderful spot peaceful Miss Debra was a very lovely host. Good fresh air. It was very lovely and nice. Me and my friends had a great time.
