Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. Formerly the land was used for the cultivation of tobacco, then pastures for grazing cattle. We have now adapted the property to accommodate you with a peaceful camping experience in this history rich area of East Tennessee! Our property has about 20 acres of fields and 45 acres of woods.

Campsite was great, private and clean. A very quiet area, too. Access to clean bathroom and shower was a huge plus.

Great spot. Will be back in the Falls. Beautiful views. Dogs loved running thru the open fields.

Absolutely beautiful property. Tranquil. Beautiful. Private. If you are the only camper, this is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. If you are 1 of 2 campers; make sure if you are wanting shade—you get the one near the fence and under the tree. Grounds were well kept, quiet, and everything needed!!

Very spacious and private feeling. We had camping neighbors for one night and the rest of the time it felt all to ourselves lol. The bathrooms/shower are air conditioned which was a nice surprise too.

It was a pretty good location had a couple bad things like bathrooms where just ok and there where Maggots everywhere. Overall still not a bad experience. All though we never could get in contact with the owner.

GorgeousTennessee mountain country
Not knowing where to park, I accidentally wound up camping at Site 1, at the furthest point from the building where the bathrooms are. It was absolutely beautiful, with mountain views, a grassy field, and the neighbor’s cows nearby. There was only one other couple camping on the property, so it was quiet & peaceful. Staying at Ben’s was the best Hipcamp experience my dog & I have had yet. Superb spot.
