Welcome to 5D Ranch in Navasota, TX. We’re located 60 miles North of Houston and just 2.5 hours from Austin. We have over 14 miles of trails, 2 fishing ponds, 4 boats that are free to use, and great views of the night sky. With 24 unique campsites, we’re sure to have one that fits your needs! We also can provide rentals of camping essentials, a S'mores package and we offer a meet the ponies session that can be scheduled upon your arrival. We can’t wait to host you! Don't forget to ask us about our farm fresh eggs!

I LOVED this property! I stayed in site 22. Was feeling ambitious and decided to spend the night in HOT September. Even with the heat I truly enjoyed being there. Site was very private, very wooded. Julie was an excellent host! The best part about this ranch is that they seem to actually put forth a lot of effort into maintaining this campground. It’s not just land with a few clearings carved out and that’s it. It felt very intentional and inviting which I appreciate. They’ve definitely earned their high rating on Hipcamp.

Site 17

Site 17 felt very secluded and not too far from the outhouse. Outhouse, and other restroom/showers are taken well care of. We had a great time exploring the land and riding the boats in the pond. Beautiful views and such a peaceful place beyond the city. We will definitely be returning as fall weather is approaching. Looking forward to our next stay.

Once again coming to 5D Ranch was a magical yet grounding by experience me and the group enjoyed so much. This land is very well kept and we did some hiking around the trails and went swimming to the pond right after to then head back to camp and make a bonfire! Thank you for all

Site 22

We stayed at site 22 and we loved it. It was walking distance to the bathroom but sill completely private with absolutely no traffic passing by. The space was surrounded by woods on three sides and the fourth side had a large grass area with unobstructed views of the ranch. The trees were close enough to each other that we were able to hang a large tarp across the campsite. We got rained on all night and the space still felt safe and sheltered. Julie was also very nice and responsive upon check in. Please note there is only one bathroom and shower (cold water only and no electricity) near this site so there were times when you had to wait a while to use it. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we would totally return.

Site 24

Great spot for the weekend! This site was surrounded by trees and the forest. Great fro secluded, primitive camping! Will definitely return.
