Welcome to Summer’s Peak! It’s a very conveniently placed and private .5-acre lot with plenty of space. You can use the RV carport to back your trailer in. No 5th wheels please. Owner lives off-site nearby. Dog pen provided upon visit to leave your pets while away (please clean after your pet before you leave.). Neighbors are 3-4 house lots away in a forested area so there's plenty of privacy.
Neighborhood watch keep the place safe as well. Quiet neighbors with some lake view sights around the neighborhood so I recommend you take a stroll around. No lake views from the property.-This site has a carport for protection from the sun and the rain. -It can fit a 30-foot travel trailer with ease. -Dog kennel for those who want to temporarily leave their dog outside with some food and water. -Water and electricity included in price of daily -Guest internet (please ask for pass) -Go for a stroll around the neighborhood and catch some beautiful lake views
