We own a beautiful 10 acre property with awesome views going up Current Creek Mountain Road in Fruitland Utah and a 5 acre property with awesome mountain views in front of the Dinosaur National Monument in Dinosaur Colorado. We look forward to sharing both with you! Fruitland is a great location and it's only an hour from the property up on the mountain to Park City Utah. There is a full service gas station with a restaurant, RV Park, and even a small church building in town just minutes down the mountain. There are several reservoirs within a short drive in every direction from the campsite. Amazing amounts of wildlife right on the property throughout the year. Dinosaur is a great location and it's 5 minutes from the property to the CO side of the Dinosaur National Monument and less than 30 minutes from the UT side and the Dinosaur National Monument Quarry Visitor Center. There are full service gas stations, restaurants, cannabis dispensaries, as well as a convenience-store, liquor store, RV Park, and electric vehicle charging station in town just minutes down the road. There are several well known hiking trails within a short drive in every direction from the campsite. The Fruitland campsite is best for tent camping. Pulling anything bigger than a small camper into this campsite will be difficult. There will be flexibility on cancellations due to weather on the mountain. The Dinosaur campsite is well suited for tent & RV camping. Pulling in campers and motorhomes into this campsite will be very easy. Direct year-round access to the property is off of HWY 40. Pets will also be allowed without restrictions.

There is access to a common area for latrine, dressing area, gravity fed solar shower, and ​eco-friendly toiletries. The river is full of fun and relaxation. There are life vests, kid and adult kayaks, sand toys, and more available for rent. The campsite is on the fringe of a large hay farm so you may spot farming in action. Expect a 15-20 minute drive to downtown with many food, entertainment, and amenities offered. There is a diversity of wildlife to be seen on site. It is a bird watchers paradise, don't be surprised if you spot a bald eagle, Canadian geese, peregrine falcon, cranes, meadow lark, red-wing black bird, and more! Depending on the time of year you may see deer, antelope, racoon, beaver, or the occasional skunk or coyote.

We are LOTS 12-H 12-I 12-J Left Side. SEE USA FLAGS one at each lot, which are all together 15 acres. Do be aware of small flat Cactus in ground when you are walking the area; those will be removed when possible. We do plan RV Pads and Mini Homes in future plan with all amenities. You may inquire about owning your own RV Pad and/or Mini Home with RV Pad, your choice, as we are taking reservations for private ownership and development. Upon reservation we can provide a Map to the Lots from Highway 40 it is at Roman Nose Road and Mossback Drive. You will see the Water Utility Station from HWY 40 turn there and make Right turn, go short way, make Left Bend Turn. County Road keep going straight until you see dirt road in front of you, keep going then see Real Estate Signs at Corner, Make Right Turn there, then look for Roman Nose Rd, Turn Right. Then keep going till you see white signs left side saying #12 for all 3 lots. There is no number address provided by county until I start build. Not sure Google would work. Or, relax on the sandy beaches, only interrupting your hardcore chill sesh to take a swim. For a slightly more educational pastime, explore the area, aptly monikered Dinosaurland. This region is home to tons of fossils and other artifacts of our country’s ancient past, and Steinaker is the perfect base camp to dig deeper into this fascinating bit of natural history.
