Park your van, trailer or RV a skip away from Yuba Lake on private 3 acre land. Unimproved parking space surrounded by beautiful views. Plenty of space to set up tents, pets welcome. Just minutes away from the marina and Yuba Lake State Park amenities including zip line, potable water and dump with state park entrance fee. Enjoy the lake during the day and the stars at night. Property has two sites. Both have optional electrical hookup, boat slip , and firewood. Site 1 - “El Conejo Camp Spot” away from the main road featuring 4x20 step off deck, picnic table, and camp chairs, as well (2) 30amp RV hookups. This is a pull thru or pull around site. Site 2 - “Roadside Summit” with picnic table, fire ring, and 50amp electrical hookup. This is a pull through site with grade. Lake can be accessed with state park fee at the marina entrance and the north shore, or on the south side via five minute ride or 1.25 mi walk. (See Add-Ons if you need a boat slip for the day or overnight). Road in is dirt with minor grade up to property. Notes: ——— * Wildlife - In late summer, cattle graze nearby. In spring, you may see sheep and baby lambs on the way to the south beach access. There are rattle snakes, bunnies, and we’ve seen a scorpion or two. *Weather - Summer days can be quite hot with cooler nights. There is no shade on the property. Wind gusts carrying dust can occur. It’s a good idea to check weather app for conditions. *Landscape/Views - Utah natural landscape changes markedly with the seasons. Some photos may reflect green grasses, when these dry out mid summer, they can produce fine stickers to be aware of with long hair pets, kids, and ankles in general. Views can change depending on developing neighboring properties. Sunsets either at the lake or the property are unobstructed and often dramatic. Night sky viewing is also pretty awesome as there is very little light pollution.

It was great! Arrived in the dark. Woke to a herd of deer runny by. So quiet, gorgeous land. Would stay there again.

This site was clean and ready for use as soon as I arrived! The views were beautiful and it was so easy to see the stars once the sun went down. The only two negative things about this site are unavoidable considering the fact that it is an outdoor campsite. There were a bunch of red/fire ants that had made a home under the fire-pit from what I could tell. I had to keep my shoes and socks on while I was tending the fire or cooking my food. The other issue was the large amount of black flies. But those things are to be expected when camping and shouldn't deter anyone from the beautiful site and the proximity to the lake!

As described and east to find! Had a great, one-night stay with my dog and we had a fun time exploring. Opted to drive to the lake in the morning as opposed to walking.

This spot was a perfect stop over for us on our route between northern Utah and Bryce Canyon. It was easy to find and access and the wide open views were great. We parked parallel to the picnic table an d deck. We had to use an extension cord to reach the electrical outlet.

Are campsite was well marked. We were traveling at night and needed a place to pull off and camp for the evening and Carola was very accommodating on short notice we thank her for a nice campsite and a safe place to rest Before getting an underwear the next day.

The direction and the signs (much bigger and more ) must improve. Hard to find! The view is great - but you cant see the lake from the site. There are no shadow at the site - no tree at all. Toliet and electric. How about water? I dont remember…
