Located only 5 miles from Route 66 in Marshall, Virginia, Liberty Ridge is an easy drive from Washington, D.C., Charlottesville, or Richmond. Parking for 4 vehicles is available at the bottom of the hill. Be prepared to hike or drive uphill 0.75 miles to reach the campsite area, enjoying the birds, plants, and other Virginia wildlife that surrounds you. Hikes in this area are highly rated. And, with only two campsites on this property, the campsite is almost completely private to you. Take time to unplug, as there is no Wi-Fi, running water, or toilets on this property. But there is plenty of room to let your soul settle and to make some memories to last a lifetime.
