There are open fields and wooded areas to walk around on the property. You can camp close to the main road or go back onto the property if you have a 4x4 vehicle.
The High Bridge Trail Park is located nearby in Farmville with additional areas close by to park your vehicle at and get on the trails. The Pamplin High Bridge Trail Park entrance is located only 8 minutes away from the property there in Pamplin. Good Times Vintage Boutique is located across from the parking lot if you are looking for vintage items(check out their hours before going).
Parking area by the barn accommodates an RV, camping trailer or pop up trailer if you are looking for a place to park and spend the night before going exploring nearby attractions.
Catch and release if you decide to fish at the pond.
