Tent Site 1
The place was very conveniently located and Rod was so kind & helpful! I had originally booked another site but he walked me around to the property & let me change spots. Ended up having some other incredible guests there. We stayed around the fire until late Saturday night. Close to lots of great hikes & right on the Skykomish. My pup was in heaven! We’ll be back

Fairies gate
A great memory, would come back
Really friendly host and beautiful along the river. We scored camping with strangers who were awesome, making the communal fire a bright spot at night and breakfast. Food close by if you need it. Fishing in the river when the summer bank drops a little. Amenities are in transition so don’t plan on a bathroom. Train comes through at midnight, 6am and later in the morning so just be prepared. Overall would recommend for a night and the gorgeous river frontage. Felt totally safe camping here.

Lovely spot. Just perfect with the river close and you can tell Rod takes good care of his land. Rod was a great host and we look forward to camping here in the future.

Booking again!
Absolutely loved camping here! The view from the deck was great. Large fire pit made the evenings complete for relaxing. It was clean, well maintained, the ground was easy to stake our tents down. The host is incredible! Can't wait to get back out this way and book again at this location!

Tent Site 1
We got there a little later than expected but Rod greeted us at the gate and even let us stay on a site that was flatter for the tent. He even went as far as helping set up and start a fire for my dog and I. The property is a 10/10 and I would 100% recommend this place if you’re close to Gold Bar, WA

Max's place
It was a beautiful time camping on Rod's land. We enjoyed the view of the River, and can't wait to come back when it's warmer out for a dip. Rod is a sweet ol' man, we enjoyed his kind welcoming.
