Tents - General Camping 5
Ray and Kat were great hosts. There was a slight confusion on who was in which campsite upon arrival and they quickly fixed the situation and gave us a free bundle of firewood for the inconvenience. Definitely more of a social, communal campground. If you are wanting to meet other campers and adventures and have a good time, this is a great place. If you’re looking for a secluded weekend of camping, this may not be for you. Overall we enjoyed our weekend of camping, the showers and bathrooms were nice and clean, the location was easy to find and close to Nre River Gorge NP. We would stay here again.

This is an excellent campground! Caters more to tent campers. But the 4 RV electric sites are great. Plenty of space, well kept, and level.

Best of the Best
One of the best Hip camps grounds! Very clean restrooms and a great community vibe. Served free coffee and a light breakfast for campers one morning. Have a great dishwashing area too!

The A Frame
The A-Frame was wonderful. Very clean and had everything you need - mini fridge, fan, heater, and even some board games. There is a queen bed and a fold-out twin cot with a mattress. The translucent side of the "A" even lifts up to form a roof for the deck - very cool! It is near the pond, so you can hear the bullfrogs at night. Bathroom/showers were clean and well-stocked with plenty of hot water. Ice and firewood are available to purchase, and there is a full kitchen at the main office with a stove and microwave available to use 24 hours. Workers were very friendly and helpful.
