80 acres totally private and secluded, no dwellings on property. Multiple camping sites can accommodate pull-thru access for the largest 5th wheel combos, with more secluded tent spots only open to ATV, horse or hike access. Glamping packages, Campers, generators, and other equipment available to rent, water nearby no charge, dump station is 6 miles away they charge $10 as of this writing. Group camping options available. Legal ATV / UTV / Snowmobile direct access to hundreds of miles of trails, bars, restaurants from your campsite, no need to trailer your machines anywhere! We only rent to one party at a time for the whole 1/2 mile by 1/4 mile property you will not encounter other people here. Hunting prohibited at all times, but there is an extensive multi-mile trail system through the property that is yours to use exclusively during your stay. Extremely quiet, popular spot for astronomy with very very low light pollution. Dogs are welcome but please note this is a managed wildlife property, there are active black bear dens on the property, many deer, foxes, badgers, turkeys etc so all dogs need to be leashed - it has happened and it’s not fun for anyone, so this is not a guideline, it’s one of our very few “rules.” The other major rule is no fireworks at any time period. We had a forest fire that started from a firework, 3 fire departments required for it, not only did we lose about 5 acres of vegetation, the campers were charged the full cost of the fire department and DNR - again no fun for anyone. There is no place for fireworks of any kind here. Camp Fires are allowed in designated fire pits when DNR fire danger is below Moderate. Wildlife viewing and photography blinds and stands are available, fully enclosed and very comfortable with 360 degree views. Lots of fun surprises here and if you haven’t stayed on a piece this size, this natural as your private setting it’s an experience worth trying!Multiple options for camping - -easy pull-thru for the largest 5th wheel / truck setups -secluded hill top sites that are ATV / hike only access for tents (great for the astronomers) - we offer several options to rent campers and tiny house Glamping - Group accommodations possible for your camping get togethers without all the oversight - nature and wildlife about this is a property managed for wildlife

Great off-grid camping for ATV fun

This place was amazing. 80 acres of beautiful mature trees, ATV trails a plenty, fire-pit, and close proximity to town for groceries, drinks, etc. The only negative is that the camping spot is pretty close to a road, but it’s a private road so not much traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Jon is a great host. He met us and directed us to the property. (Don’t trust any mapping app) The property is remote, quiet and private. There are several hiking trails on the camp. Beware of ticks. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Our dogs love it here!

This camp has been great for us and our pets. Private but close to town, which has all of the amenities. The neighbors are friendly and my dogs love them. There’s tons of outdoor things to do. I highly recommend this camp!

Woodland80 Camp & Rzr experience

This is a good spot for dispersed camping, off grid/primitive family camping, you get the entire 80 acres, great for ATV/UTV people & families! I highly recommend this site for base camp to the outdoors, lots of awesome trails onsite and access to Gandy Dancer! Lots of wildlife to see and the midnight hike to the high spot for star viewing was amazing!
