Our property is the site of our unique Sarasota business, Boo's Ice House & Dog Bar, a restaurant, bar and off-leash dog parks! Grab a drink, order a wood-fired pizza, listen to some music, and let your dogs play and make friends. Your dogs must qualify and be registered with us to access the off-leash parks, but we will waive the day pass fees for all Hip Campsters staying with us. Learn more about us at BoosDogBar.com. We're located on the north edge of downtown Sarasota in the upcoming Rosemary District. Walk to The Bay or into downtown, or rent a scooter and head into downtown or St. Armands shopping or Lido Beach. We typically have free live music Friday and Saturday nights until 9p (rarely until 10p) and Sunday afternoons. So if you need quiet before then, we're not the right place for you. Your RV will park in our outer yard. We are fully fenced in at night and you will have access to come and go as you like. No hookups.We have one site, which is our outer yard. There is plenty of space for multiple RV's not to be jammed up together. Once the business is closed, the yard is quiet and dark. But it's just a yard - the attraction is not the site but the business and our general location.

We were happy to find this safe place as we arrived late and were looking for accommodation spontaneously. We received confirmation of our reservation within a few minutes. Super! The restaurant has fantastic pizzas from the wood fired oven. Even as non-dog owners we found it fun. Many thanks to you!

Urban camping behind a great restaurant, what’s not to love we had dinner there every night of our stay. it’s also two blocks from the water, there’s not many options in this area so it’s good to have something like this available.
