Water hookup, potable water hose, heated outdoor shower, 50/30 amp power, 20 amp power, fire-pit, and outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella. NO SEWER hookup. No animals please. The house and camp spot are surrounded by lush tropical landscape under an old Florida oak hammock. The area is very safe and quiet.
