Once a farm in the early 20th century. This area then became an outdoor adventure summer camp in the 1980s. It has now expanded to become a 200+ acre year round private campground with direct access to over 1,000,000 acres of public land encompassing the Selkirk Mountains. There is a coin operated laundry room, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, and a gym available for use.

Mustang Meadows
Fantastic site, lacks communication
This site was an amazing home base for a day trip up to Canada and to take in the beauty of this corner of the PNW — the cookhouse and attached dining area served as an amazing spot to escape any rain with nets to protect from the bugs at dusk! Our group traveled from 3 different states and we booked about 6 months out — so when we were told horses would be staying at the site the week prior, we were a little miffed. My fiancé’s parents had talked about bringing their horses and were unable to come, but it was our understanding that these were amenities that were ours to use. They moved the horses from the pens to the corral and an additional fenced off area each day, but on our check out day they decided to take the temporary fence down and move the horses to graze closer to the main building. We also arrived expecting a tipi and found out the next day it had been destroyed by the winter weather. Not the biggest deal if we had had a heads up — and an additional person didn’t make the trip due to work stuff so between the two levels of the cabin and our own trailer we still had spaces for each couple to have to themselves — but it was still an amenity we paid for that we didn’t get. The lack of notice bugged our group more than anything as we’re happy to adapt, but did expect the place to ourselves and a bit more room where the horses had been and the tipi. Would love to stay here again but would double check some things before doing so!

Caribou Ridge Campsite
Loved the property, my scout troop liked the flexibility of staying either in the teepees or in the cabin. Check-in was very simple and the property was easy to find. Overall a wonderful stay

Heated Tipi
We were not able to stay at the tipis as I had originally booked, but the host put us in a very nice and spacious bunkhouse. The area is nice, a creek is nearby and great to play and explore in. I would stay there again!

Caribou Ridge Campsite
Our family stayed in the caribou ridge campsite for New Year’s Eve and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The kids had so much room to run and play in the snow, with the cabin close by to warm up. The camp hosts were kind and always quick to respond! 10/10 thank you!

Heated Tipi
A unique stay with a mess hall
This place was the coolest! It was a little learn as you go, but we figured it all out and had the best time. The teepees are heated from a shed behind them. You light a fire in the fireplace and the heat travels into the teepee through a vent. It was warm an we enjoyed every minute.
