Enjoy our beautiful peaceful, scenic property while tent camping or RV camping (full hookups). Gorgeous views of Idaho's largest lake, Lake Pend Oreille. Wake up in a peaceful woodsy setting where deer and turkeys roam the property. Stargaze by night, while you enjoy every lake amenity available by the day, only half a mile away! Sandpoint Marina and beach are only 12 miles away! Want to go skiing? Head up to Schweitzer Mountain, only a short 30 minute drive away. NOTE: All campers over 12 foot tall please take the Sunnyside Cut off Road. Do not go under railroad tracks it only has a 12 foot clearance.

Site 5 - Lake Views, Dry Camping

Truck camping with dogs

One of the greatest camping experiences I’ve had. The property is beautiful up on the hillside over looking the lake, the grounds are immaculate, Albert has built an amazing full bathroom with a nice tile shower for campers, and best of all were the hosts. They are very friendly and welcoming and great to chat with. They gave me a better stay than I could have asked for at the end of the season with chilly weather. My dogs were living their best lives here watching the wildlife and exploring the land. Thanks Albert! We will definitely be back!

Site 2-Scenic Views Full RV Hookups

Great location for birding!

We trailer camped for 2 nights in Site #2- it was perfect! Al was a very gracious host- the property is super clean and has a gorgeous view of the lake. We enjoyed a walk on the property and an afternoon of birding nearby sites. We plan to come back next year!

Lake views and whispering pines!

Beautiful location, very roomy sites, clean and very nice shower/restrooms. The owner and staff are extremely friendly, interesting and helpful. We had a great stay and beautiful walks with our dogs!

Albert's land was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room to have our own space. And Albert was friendly and helpful when we arrived. We'll be back!

Site 3 - Lake Views w/ Water Access

This spot is a little gem and I’m hesitant to leave a great review because I want it all to myself!!! Stunning view, clean campsite and beautiful bathroom. Albert was quick to answer even though he was out of town. He stopped by with his lovely wife for a meet & greet. Highly recommend this lovely site. 💕
