Escape the hustle and bustle and embrace the serenity of our picturesque 50-acre farm. Each of our three campsites offers a private and stunning natural setting. We believe in making nature accessible and enjoyable for all, so our sites are designed to be affordable and simple. Firewood and Essentials Forget the hassle and expense of firewood—we've got you covered. Each site comes with a supply of firewood. The wood we supply can sometimes be tough to get started. We recommend you bring fire starters or a small amount of kindling to get things started Primitive but Beautiful Our campsites are rustic and primitive, perfect for those who love the great outdoors. You’ll experience nature in its purest form, with the beauty of the landscape and the presence of local wildlife, including insects. It’s all part of the charm of outdoor living. Trash Disposal We are committed to preserving the beauty of our land. Please pack out all trash to keep our sites clean and beautiful for the next guests. Trash can be disposed of in the dumpster near the greenhouses as you exit. Ticks and Safety As with any natural setting, ticks are present. We have been working at eradicating ticks at the camps sites by mowing. We recommend bringing insect repellent and checking for ticks regularly to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Farm Fresh Goods Don’t forget to pick up some of our delicious mushrooms and farm-fresh eggs on your way in. They’re a perfect addition to your campfire meals. Booking Information To keep things simple and secure, all bookings must be made through the Hipcamp app. We do not accept cash or in-person reservations. If you’d like to extend your stay, please use the app to make the necessary arrangements. We look forward to welcoming you to Prayer Mountain. Safe and happy travels!

Secluded Glen on Prayer Mountain
Great Secluded Tent Site
We loved this campsite! It was very secluded/private and the lightning bugs were super pretty at night. The host left us tick powder for under our tent since it’s tick season and wood for our fire pit. We enjoyed everything about the site and would recommend it to others. It is only a 35-40 minute drive from Mammoth Caves National Park and 15 minutes from the Lincoln Birthplace Home. The hosts were very responsive and kind!

XXL Camp on Prayer Mountain Farms
The XXL site was perfect for our family! We love having a more private site for our two kids to run feral and this was perfect for that. We had no issues getting to the site in our mini van, and the hosts very generously provided information on tick prevention as well as diatomaceous earth to use at the site. We only saw one tick the whole time, and being used to seeing them everywhere in Kentucky that was a huge bonus! This is an excellent place to stay to visit mammoth cave np, and we were also able to visit Nolin lake easily from there. Highly recommend!

Field & Forest on Prayer Mountain
Beautiful Camping Spot
Beautiful spot! It was easy and fuss free finding our campsite and it had some beautiful views. It rocked to have wood already at the site as well as some amazing looking mushrooms we added on. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time is that the field and forest site gets full sun in the afternoon with no shade, so not a great spot on hot hot days. But it did not dampen our stay at all as we just made sure to not be at camp in the late afternoon. Once the sun started to set, it was gorgeous and comfortable. Also loved the goats who were very friendly and came up to us as we were taking a walk!
