Convenient stop for the night and get a hot shower - only a easy mile a half from I-20 exit 173 ( Eastaboga - Talladega Superspeedway Exit ) also a good base camp to see Cheaha State Park - bike at Coldwater Mountain- see the Talladega Superspeedway- or other area Activities - I reserve one RV site and two tent sites for hipcamp and rent the other five RV sites at the top of hill on a monthly basis - these hipcamp sites are wooded, shady with woods between the other sites to give some privacy while still not far from the unique showers made from the old chicken house feed bins -these showers are very functional and I have been complimented that they are the best showers on the east coast

RV Site 1

Private site, wooded, FHU, 40ft Fifth wheel. 2.5 inches off level left/right. Easy in and out. Lots of ants everywhere around the site

Tent Site 2 - 120 volt power

Nice clean tent camping with power.

My tent site had shade and power. The bath rooms and showers was close by. The showers were very clean.

RV Site 1 - full hookup

Our Alabama Hip Spot

Very easy access from the HWY. Beautiful site locations surrounded by lush trees/grasses. Full hook-up site in the cool shade. Very cool private shower/laundry facilities were exceptionally nice. We would highly recommend staying here. Quiet and peaceful setting.

The spots were nice and big! The showers, bathrooms and laundry area were all clean and fun silos. Great location within a short drive to Talladega or Cheaha.

Tent Site 2 - 120 volt power

I love, love, love tent site 2! Nestled in a cove of trees! Very secluded. The campground is very clean and modern, with flushable toilets and hot showers. 10/10 highly recommend Choccolocco Creek campground!

Tent Site 2 - 120 volt power

A Great Host and Campsite. A++.

We have had a Great Experience with our Host Mr. John and his property! They have Very clean bathroom facilities with laundry, as well. The camp site is very clean and shaded. A Picnic table and Fire pit are at the site. A bonus is having power at the campsite. We trailed in our Motorcycles for the MotoAmerica Races at Barber. Each day is an easy ride with plenty of food options within a 10 minute ride. I didn’t realize how close Talladega Superspeedway is to the campsite. Stop by the Motorsports Museum next to Talladega. Mrs. Brenda is very helpful and knowledgeable. The Track tour there allows you to see a lot of the superspeedway. Mr. John (our host) is very personable. We are looking to return later this year for the Vintage Festival in October.
