Welcome to our growing RV & MH village in Brundidge, Alabama! As passionate stewards of nearly 18 acres of natural beauty, my husband and I are on a journey of gradual improvement, ready to share the charm of our property with you. Nestled amidst lush woods, our haven offers a serene escape, and we're excited to extend a warm welcome to fellow nature enthusiasts. Our property boasts a mix of wooded landscapes, with clearings to explore and a tranquil creek that meanders along the backside. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you follow the path to the creek, creating cherished moments in this peaceful retreat. Currently, we have two RV sites, with ongoing improvements and additions taking place regularly. As we enhance the land and amenities, your stay promises to be a delightful experience that evolves with each visit. Friendly and quiet tenants occupy five mobile homes on the right side of the property, adding to the sense of community. Troy, a charming town just 10 minutes away, beckons with its unique character and local attractions. Brundidge at just 5 minutes and Ozark about 20 minutes away, offer additional opportunities for exploration and discovery. With prices set affordably, our RV sites invite you to witness the growth and transformation of our park over the years. We'd be delighted to host you, providing not just a place to stay but a space to witness the unfolding beauty of our evolving retreat. Come, be a part of our journey, and let the natural charm of our property captivate you!Blue Jay Blvd Description: Clearwater Creek Village is a family-owned property with self-service RV sites conveniently located off Highway 231 on 18 acres of land. Our sites have loose gravel and are mostly level. They also have full hookups with electric (20/30/50), septic and city water for each site. Blue Jay Blvd is a pull-in site with an extended gravel pad and a concrete firepit. We have a stand for firewood that you’re welcome to help yourself to. If you take some, leave some for the next camper to enjoy. You will experience forest views and birds playing in the morning from the front of your camper and even get to see deer occasionally walking through the woods. There's tons of acreage to hike and explore and a dumpster on property for disposing of garbage. Make sure to watch out for trees when backing up to leave. You'll love how much room you have and how beautiful the property is. Please note, that there may be someone staying in site (Acorn Avenue) next to you, so you could have a neighbor close by. We’d love to have you stay at our beloved Clearwater Creek Village.

Acorn Avenue (Back-In)
Nice little campground.
Nice little spot in the woods. There are currently only 2 spots for campers, but that leaves the wooded canopy open for you and your family. New spots and a nice little campfire pit awaits you under the shade of all those trees. There is a walking trail, but we were unable to see it due to all the rain while we were there. Owners are very accommodating and are very nice hosts. If you need a place to stop or are looking for a private getaway, this is your place. New connections and gravel pads. This was our second visit and we will be back.

Blue Jay Blvd (Pull-In)
Easy to find. I wouldn't really say it was a pull thru because it's a pull in and back out. But at least you know where the electric connections are located. Like previously noted, road noise is evident all night. Didn't bother me, so I'd stay again.
