It is within the protected Bridge Creek Watershed where there are strict building and land use restrictions in order to protect the municipal water supply. The 20 acres includes about 8 acres of high quality wetland habitats that support not only big game species like moose but also are prime berry picking areas in the fall. We hope you enjoy this wild space close to town!
