Drive up the mountain and discover the awe-inspiring Salmon Glacier, one of the largest glaciers accessible by road in North America. This is a must when you are visiting Hyder. Beautiful campground
Campground is owned by a lovely family who has worked hard to improve the property. Despite the remote location, there are amenities such as electric and water hookups, free wifi that works, flush toilets, a small shop, coin-operated laundry, and coin-operated showers. There are some nice wooded sites and a cool pond with beavers.
