60 acres located close to Rocky Mountain House with nearly 2km of waterfront on the North Saskatchewan River! Your stay includes wood and fresh drinking water. Motorcycles welcome. Outhouses are available. This is a rough it style site with no electricity or plumbing. Cost is $30 a night for tenting plus $5 per additional person per night. $50 for trailers/motor homes. RV is $35 a night plus $5 per additional person per night. We have limited availability of tents to rent at $30 a night.Welcome to Rustic Camping with some perks! We are located in Rocky Mountain House Alberta (not Nordegg, which is an hour away!) DIRECTIONS: Blue sign 393043 Range Road 7-4; about a km west of Riverside Trailer repair and G&B Gas, just off Hwy 11A (turn SE onto RR 7-4) Our access road is immediately after and adjacent to Voyageur drive and is a dirt access road, we have a green gate a short way down. There are NO other homes except our cedar siding home about 900 meters down on the right. You've gone too far if you reach the river.😁. Turn right at the wagon wheels to access the campsite and follow along until you find a spot you like.. Pics are posted. If you would like to bring an RV, please contact us. Located right on the river, so fishing is convenient. Games like bean bags or bocce are available. Kitchen with BBQ and bar area. Central bonfire/social area. Next to Rocky Historic Site. We are a 5-minute drive to town and close to a gas station, liquor store and Sani stations. No close neighbours. Treed areas and locations next to the river are available. Relax and enjoy! Outhouse available. Wood provided with fee. You can find wood tinder on site.

What a beautiful location! I was able to get a campsite right along the river, and it was unfortunate that we were in a weekend of fire ban. The river however made up for it. The direction to the campsite can be provided through google map so getting there wasn't difficult. I came with a SUV with a Roof Top Tent and was able to camp comfortably :) Thanks for hosting, definitely recommend and will be back!

beautiful land! the owner was very nice! gave us a tour and a bit of history about the land itself! i will definitely be coming back!! the water was so cold and so nice to help us cool down from the calgary heat! 10/10!
