This was my third time camping here. This place brings so much calm to my life. It helps me relax and reset. This is more than just a camping spot, this can be a life changing experience for some. I highly recommend visiting once.

Did not stay; host did not respond
THIS IS A HIKE IN SITE. You cannot park near the campsite. We had issues with the site all the way through. We typed in the address and it took us 20 min. away where were drove up a stranger's driveway. The host should have said not to use the address. We did find the location using the link on the Hipcamp app, but 20 minutes meant we were now arriving at dusk. We then drove past the spot and had to circle back before we realized it. The sign for the camp is at a small parking lot, and we were confused because we didn't see campsites. I texted the host a 7:40, saying we needed help. We then found a map and discovered our campsite was a ways away on a rocky dirt path through the woods, and now it was dark. At this point we checked Hipcamp and could find nothing about this being a hike-in site. We repeatedly texted the host for an hour to make sure we had the right place and see if there was somewhere we could stay to drive to. No response. We did walk around looking to see if we could at least find and use the hottub, but it wasn't on the map or located near the campsites. We were chased by two large barking dogs, which was very scary. We ended up driving 20 minutes back to town, spending $120 on a hotel room and $50 on dinner and breakfast, which we had planned to make at the campsite. I did not receive a response from the host until I requested a refund two days later. I'm still out all the money for the booking fee, hotel room and food.

We had a great stay. The owner and other community residents were very friendly and helpful. It was just me and my 9 year old and we felt very safe there. Also enjoyed having the hiking trail right near our site.

We had a great stay booking last minute when stopping by, host was great! Awesome little private area wish we had more time to hang out here, will definitely be on our list if we come back to the area! If you plan on driving to the actual campsite you’ll probably need a vehicle that can handle light off-roading, not sure a regular car would have the clearance to make it down there and it was a little tight with branches on each side. Just something to keep in mind but made it all the more fun for us!

Camping in Arkansas on a farm :)
I loved Heidi’s sanctuary. It was quiet and well kept. The shower is outdoor and has hot water, very nice. They have a hot tub too! When traveling to the site though, make sure to type in open air meditation sanctuary into your maps. Or click on the link within this app. We had typed in her address manually and it took us 15 min away from her place. When we arrived her partner greeted us along with their farm dogs. Everyone was super sweet and kind. I would def revisit this spot for sure. The outhouse is really nice and well kept too. They also provide free firewood. Just be sure to bring some cash to leave in the donation box, so they can continue to provide this awesome service.

Amazing spot to relax and enjoy Heidi’s amenities and meditation areas. We really appreciated having a hot shower and hot tub after a long day of driving. The host was very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. Would certainly recommend for those looking for close access to natural beauty!
