We have 10 acres with a music themed cabin. Bordering the National Forest and close to the trails. It sits on a creek and swimming holes are nearby. 4 miles to Ouachita River (25th longest river in nation), 18 miles from Ouachita lake (170 miles of shoreline, 40,000 acres of clear clean water, 200 islands). 9 miles from Oden, Arkansas. Gas and Food at Big T's. 12 miles from Pencil Bluff, Arkansas for Muddy Creek Mercantile and Food. Also a dollar general Ride the forest (100's of miles of designated ATV trails), hike, swim, fish, bike(close to womble trail. 40 miles of biking and hiking), kayak, canoe, have a great bonfire, watch the stars, and get a piece of mind. Crystal digging is in Mt Ida. Great places to see: Hickory Nut Mountain, Collier Springs, Runestones. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet we have to offer!
.Welcome to Ravensong! When you top the hill, take the first driveway to the left. You will see the cabin. Several parking spots are available. Key code is last 4 of your cell number. Followed by the # key. As you walk in the cabin, please take notice there are a few steps inside and outside the cabin. They are clearly marked. There is a large pen on one side with 5 pigs that will greet you as you arrive. Please don't try to pet them. They will eat whatever leftovers you have but might mistake a finger for a snack. There is a fenced in area with a doggie door for your pets. Please keep an eye on your pets. We border the forest and they can easily get lost .For your comfort in the woods, we have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed , Bedroom 2 has a day bed that can sleep 2. Living room has a sofa that sleeps 2. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is an extra twin mattress if necessary. There is floor space for more if needed. We border a seasonal creek, with crystal clear water. The roads to the Ouachita National Forest are right around the corner. There is a waterfall about 6 miles up the trail, swimming hole 3 miles, lots of Atv riding, hiking, Ouachita River is 5 miles away for Kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing. This is a private location located on top of a ridge with little to no traffic. Mountainous, forest land to enjoy. Ouachita Lake is 18 miles away and is the largest lake in Arkansas. Close to biking and hiking trails including the longest in Arkansas. Ouachita National Recreation Trail. Depending on the type of activity you enjoy, terrain can vary from easy to hard. Crystal digging is located 18 miles in Mt. Ida area. We retired here 10 years ago and absolutely love it and decided to share part of our property. Never get tired of the scenery and always something different to do. There is little to no cell service in the area. No tv reception. Enjoy the woods!
