Thumbs up to the "Wooded Getaway"
Tent
Apparently, my wife and I were the first Hipcampers to stay on Billy's property. We'd definitely stay there again. Billy let us have the run of his 65 acres and we found a great little spot in a pasture with the softest grass ever, and we set up next to some trees across from a big pond. The sunrise was beautiful from the spot we found. Even though we were the only ones there, there would have been plenty of space to spread out and have privacy from other campers. The property is just 20 minutes from Fayetteville and a short drive from some the area's best mountain biking trails. Be warned though! The drive through the property is not for your average pavement princess or prince. It took a bit of skill to carefully weave between the trees and avoid the low hanging branches. I have experience off-roading, so I had a blast driving through the property and especially in the dark. I do recommend having a high clearance vehicle with 4wd if you decide to stay there.
