Welcome to Cuddly Cat Farms. This property is our dream come true. Located 5 min from the city of Vernon you have fantastic views of our beautiful valley and are surrounded by Apple Orchard. We were the first people to live on this land and have built everything you see since 2017. Enjoy 20 beautiful acres just 5 minutes out of Vernon. Close proximity to Kal Lake, Swan Lake and Lake Okanagan. Fantastic hiking trails, biking trails, and watersports close by. We have 2 different to choose from listings: 1 serviced site and 5 dispersed non serviced sites. Potable water available. Full washrooms and showers are available. . Campfires permitted (unless fireban is in effect). Free Wifi. We are hoping to slowly turn the land into a type of agrotourism with animals, fresh veggies from the garden and a variety of u-pick options. Fantastic hiking trails, biking trails, and watersports close by. Maybe you want to visit Camelot Haven Alpacas, the Alpaca farm 1 mile down the road and then after that hit up the waterslides across Swan Lake. You could go get some honey at Stawns Honey or check out the bees in action at Planet Bee and head to Davison Orchards for an apple slushy and some yummy apples. Maybe you want to go hike BX falls and see the amazing waterfalls and then hang on the beach the rest of the day and do some paddle boarding. Many Cideries and Wineries scattered around to go visit. Paddle board for rent - $ 35 per day Seadoo for rental (coming soon) ($300 per day) Gym on-site - $10 per drop-in during evenings and weekends. Potable water available at shop. Outdoor loo available. The camping place is really nice! A very quiete and relaxing view to admire while cuddling the cats and the dog which are visiting you. We really enjoy our stay!

The kids and I enjoyed our stay at Cuddly cat farms. There wasn't any shade in the tent spots. However we were lucky to have a safe and friendly area to camp. The kids loved all the cats and the dog Radar was a treat too! He's such a sweet and friendly dog! ❤️ I would suggest an outhouse or biffy of sorts in the tenting area, as its a bit of a walk up the driveway to the shop.

I liked everything here. Clean site, close to amenities, good location. We were lucky with the weather - it was not too hot, because there was no shade at all. The only disadvantage was not staying longer
