Flat Above the Winery Pond
Andrew was a great host, met us at the gate per instructions so be sure to follow those as there is little to no signal at the place.

Rhythmic ribbits
We were able to fit with a 20ft trailer and full size truck. As others have mentioned, nice and flat and quiet. During frog season (we were there early June), it might be loud for you but for us we quickly fell into a slumber against the rhythmic ribbits emanating from the peaceful pond.

The Pond and Wine, too!
We loved the quiet and the bird sounds. At night there is a performance of frogs in the pond! There are butterflies of all kinds and the trees are lovely. There is a flat space for a tent and a fire ring and a toilet. It is rudimentary and if you’re looking for quiet and self-contained solitude, this IS your place. Bring bug spray and know how to identify poison oak. And if you love wine, organize a wonderful tasting of delicious Briceland wines. It’s a paradise.

Flat Above the Winery Pond
Nice flat spot with a nice view in a quiet natural setting. It's next to a gravel road but only a few cars pass in the evening and morning. You can see them only at the driveway entrance. There was frog season when we stayed in May but I loved their loud songs through the night.
There is no real outhouse, just a toilet in an open space without a privacy fence so be prepared to do your business in sight of your loved one.
Flat Above the Winery Pond
Fine place for a quick pit stop, but not much here. Feels overpriced for what is essentially a pull out on a hill. And - the mosquitos! Feeding season.

Charming, dry and warm!
Andres was so responsive to making arrangements and hospitable on site. We had a great stay! Tried the wines as well - lovely!
