Quincy is a thriving mountain community of 5,000 residents, the county seat of Plumas County, home of Feather River College and High Sierra Music Festival, restaurants, and a microbrewery. This charming 20ft yurt sits on its own in a private forest on a hill above Butterfly Valley. The hard winter this year crushed our yurt. We now have a beautiful new yurt with newly installed wood flooring. Offering quiet privacy, it is a truly rustic experience best suited to those who already have a comfort level with campground-type facilities. It is warm in summer and wood-heated in winter. The yurt is equipped with an outhouse, bathhouse with a hot shower, stove, fridge, queen size bed and a futon.
