This ranch is so beautiful! We went for two nights in the end of March. Everything is green, lush, and blooming. The creek is running. Pretty flowers everywhere. Great trails for mild hikes. We didn’t do any of the extra activities like archery or riding because we spent lots of the time hiking at Pinnacles, which is a short drive away. Coming back home to the ranch after was lovely. It felt safe and private and was beautiful, lots of wildlife- rabbits(hares?), lizards, snakes, deer, hawks, bats, vultures, plus kitties, dogs, horses and goats. We brought a lot of our own cooking supplies, but the camp also has some appliances and grills as well as fold out tables and chairs. Didn’t use the fire pit but it was there and maintained. Porta potties, no flushing toilets for the campgrounds, which we expected so was perfectly fine and they are kept up with well. Potable water available at a sink for washing dishes, very convenient, and pretty string lights available, although we opted for stargazing instead. Definitely would recommend this site and I hope to be back again. So peaceful
