Fisherman's Hideout
We love it and will be back
I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this place is. I’ll do my best. Each spot is spacious with great views. We booked fisherman’s hideout and it was perfect for my son who is obsessed with fishing and he adored it and can’t wait to go back. The bathrooms were immaculate with plenty pf showers. The kitchen area is perfect to make your meals and everything you need to clean up. You can rent floaties and water accessories. There is so many amazing things to say about this place. The hosts are also wonderful and extremely helpful and approachable.

Blackberry Briar RV Park
Fantastic, quiet little spot
We had reservations to camp on Barry's wonderful property over Father's Day weekend. It was sort of a last minute booking and Barry's communication and quick answers to all my questions even before I booked was fantastic. We reserved two sites to camp with family. Sadly, illness kept one family home, but my parents made it to Cole Ranch and said it was beautiful. Follow Barry's instructions on how to get there (Google maps is very confused) and it's easy to find and get to. The property is well maintained with lots of amenities. The blackberry briar spots have great grass (so much better than dirt or gravel like at many places) and are set back from the river, but the walk is short and easy down to the water. It's quieter back there on a busy weekend, which is nice. Plenty of space with each spot as well. We will be book again in the future for sure!

River’s Edge Campsites
Lovely River Setting
Nice place, nice people. Large lawn sloping down to a river with both tent and RV sites. The property owners/managers live right above the sites and are super available and friendly. Large, ancient oaks provide shade across various spaces throughout the day as the sun passes over. The spots farthest from the bathrooms seem to have the most shade. The river was fairly placid during our trip so nice swimming and boating. We were told it can get more swift and higher during some seasons. Lots of amenities like a well-stocked outdoor kitchen with tons of counter space, a large double sink, a coffeemaker (with coffee and cups!), and 2-3 large grills and two propane ranges. Boathouse with canoes, a kayak, inflatable floating ring, life jackets, chairs, tables. Firewood to purchase. Nicely appointed bathrooms: showers, soap, shampoo, and a selection of lotions - for the women (sorry guys). Nearby Pioneer grocery store is very nice and has everything - as good or better than Safeway. Nice place. Would recommend to anyone - groups of friends, people with kids and dogs.

Fisherman's Hideout
Love this space, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. I'd recommend bug spray, extra sunscreen, a good cooler, and a floatie for the river! It's very warm!
