13 acres in a very secluded location away from city noise. But still just minutes from Hanford where you can find anything you need to shop for. Great camping area on seasonal Kings River. No other houses in view since we are located between 20 acres of almond trees and 30 acres of walnut trees. Very safe location with security in place.
Mona's campsite is a peaceful retreat, ideal for those seeking tranquility and a touch of nature. While the river may not always be flowing, the property offers lush, shaded areas perfect for relaxing and camping. Guests frequently commend Mona and her husband for their warm hospitality and helpfulness. However, some visitors have expressed disappointment over the river being dry at times, which is something to keep in mind if water activities are a priority.
It was an easy spot for a night. Nice, clean bathroom with a warm shower. They were gracious enough to let me push back my reservation a day. Friendly and helpful! It would be super fun to be there when there is water in the river!
the day we arrived it's poured down with rain, they allowed us to set up the rv and van on the cemented area with power, water and sewer.... bathrooms were clean and spacious, shower was hot and also did a load of washing... did a camp fire with the plenty of supplied wood... we would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a get away
Mona is the sweetest lady. She gave very clear directions on how and where to find our spot. Everything was perfect as described. No water in the creek this time of year but still very quiet like we like. Her and her husband both great people and had some wonderful conversations.
We had a very nice stay and the property is very nice with lots of trees. Easy to find and the trailer had everything we needed. The creek is dried up this time of year but it was still a really nice stay. Bonus to have firewood right there ready to use. Hosts were friendly but also gave us privacy. Would stay again!
