Nightmare from hell,
Most horrible experience of my life would not recommend it to anyone at all. Very unsafe location. The dog smell, feces, and pee is overwhelming very unpleasant. You may get visitors at night like I did that would actually still and mess with your stuff. Be careful if you do go there, I would never ever Recommend this place to anyone

Not what I expected
I definitely had issues with this site. It states that it's a pull-through site with up to a 45ft trailer fitting. This is not true. I had a 27ft trailer and we had to turn around in another campsite while I climbed on the roof to move powerlines from hitting the top of the trailer. It took us over an hour to get turned around in the tiny dirt road so we could pull the trailer in. The ad also states that there is electricity at site 1, but there was not, only one 12v electrical outlet at site 2, which is a small dirt spot in someone's front yard. Spot 3 is another small spot right next to site 2. While the views of the mountains were nice from spot 1, you can't look to either side of you since one side is 2 people's houses and the other is a dirt junk lot full of old trailers, cars, and porta potties. Speaking of trash, there was trash all over the site where we were staying, random metal and plastic all over. Plus, the neighbor was playing extremely loud mariachi music the entire day, it sounded like stadium speakers. While there are avocado trees and the mountains are nice, the photos from this site are of very small areas of the property, I have plenty of drone shots showing that the property is not as magical as it looks. I can't blame them for trying to make some money with this location, but I just wish they were more honest on the post and gave more care to the land that their guests are staying on.

Rustic avocado farm retreat
We thought this leafy green avocado farm made a scenic spot for a one-night stop en route to San Diego. It's a simple and rustic experience with a dirt road and boulder-covered mountains on one side and an avocado orchard on the other. There are a couple flat places to pitch a tent, but we recommend this most for car or van campers in need of a short stay.
Note there are two houses on the same property that belong to the neighbors, so it is less private than some campsites. Regardless, we loved this location and seeing the mountain views in between the avocado trees. Don't forget to say hello to the goats!
