Welcome to West Sonoma County Adults-Only Hipcamping in the Redwoods! We are located just a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away from the quaint little hamlet of Occidental, where you'll find terrific restaurants with take-out, and two nice markets (one organic) and a liquor/convenience store. In town, you'll also find a terrific independent local meat market that has been in operation for over 100 years! 25 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes to the Russian River and kayaking, and 30 minutes from HWY 101 or HWY 1. A perfect stop-over if you are travelling up the coast of California. We have 2 campsites to choose from. (Both are clothing optional). 😉 Both sites are separate, very private and NOT SHARED with other campers. Both sites have a capacity of 2 adults (maximum) per night. Written permission for additional campers/guests/friends on site is required before additional people come to the property. 1. TREEHOUSE: (glamping stay with Hot Tub, Pool and Sauna). Bring your own bedding… We supply fresh fitted top sheets on upscale memory foam mattresses. Full kitchen and bath, gas barbecue, flush toilet and hot water shower. 2. VANCAMP: RV/tent site (bring your own camp stove, gas or charcoal barbecue, cooking utensils, tent or RV, and enjoy a Hot Tub and a heated Tiki Tent). ( No access to the pool). Enjoy a real bathroom with a (short) hot shower, sink and toilet. Please see each site description below for more information. Our property is the perfect stopover in Northern California’s Redwoods and wine country. A terrific camp spot to recharge and unwind. Quiet, exclusive, secure, gated, sunny- and in a very friendly and safe forest setting. ⛺️🏕️🌲 NOTE: Although wood campfires are not allowed in our county, we have 2 wonderful gas fire pits for your year-round enjoyment. Both the Treehouse and Vancamp have their own private hot tub and gas fire pit. We are pet-friendly and LGBTQ-friendly! ALL ARE WELCOME 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ Come and experience our little slice of heaven. Phenomenal location

This was truly a magical place to stay. Swimming among the Redwoods, in a heated pool, was beyond words; our sincere gratitude to Jeanne and Robert for creating such a beautiful and impeccably cared for location. Of particular note were the phenomenal views and privacy aspect of the location. Sleeping by the pool, under the night sky, and surrounded by peace and nature. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Please do yourself a favor and book this location.

Incredible amenities!! the beds were so comfy, I can't recommend this hipcamp enough it was a wonderful experience! a couple things you should note: 1. Bring mosquito spray 2. if you use the restroom during the night you'll have a short walk across the compound

This was a great spot for two and a pup! Loved the privacy, the lights, all of the luxuries like flushable toilet, sink, the tikki room with Wi-Fi and electricity. Most of all the beautiful trees, birds, bats, fire pit, close to all the fun things, and HOT TUB! Would definitely do again!

TREEHOUSE POOL HOTTUB SAUNA SHOWER🐶

Amazing Experience!

I had a wonderful stay at the treehouse! The pool was perfect, with an amazing temperature for both morning and night swims. The sounds of the birds and the chimes were incredibly soothing—we often found ourselves falling asleep on the couch due to the relaxing ambiance. Robert was a fantastic host, very nice and understanding. Our four dogs loved it here as well, especially the gas fire pit which kept them warm during the cold mornings. The best part was the isolation—it felt like we had everything to ourselves. However, there were a few downsides: the cleanliness could be improved, and it wasn't as private as we had hoped. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would recommend it for a peaceful getaway!⛰️🌲🌞
