Santa Ynez Valley is known for its wine, the little Danish town of Solvang, its gorgeous mountain hikes, and proximity to Lake Cachuma and the Santa Ynez River. Access it all easily from this central location perfect for your camper van or trailer. Simple and relaxing while also feeling near the heart of what makes Santa Ynez special. This site is the entire lower lot area by the metal barn. In its entirety it is a 64'x32' area. Part of this is sloped. There is a large 14' level concrete pad that makes parking a camper easy. Access to 120v outlet and non-potable water available. No shower or toilet access on property. There is a house visible uphill from the site. Enjoy the quite country nights with the stars and your home on the road.

Private, and close to everything

Great space to park! They provided an extension cord and we had the adapter, for our travel trailer. We were able to manipulate our 32 foot trailer and long bed truck in and fit just perfect. However, I wouldn’t recommend longer trailers. Was very nice and private for our parent weekend away wine tasting!

Nice flat parcel of land on the homestead of John and Nicol. Very quiet and close to the Chumash. Access is behind the red fence on the left. It requires a hard right and a bit of a drop off. We have a 25 foot Tradewind with an off road package and had no problem. John was very accommodating and attentive.
