Enjoy a private lakefront camping area on Lake Elsinore. You will never get tired of the beautiful sunsets, night sky, or all the water-sports on the lake. Historic downtown is just minutes away where you will find restaurants, and stores all within walking distance. Perfect place for a basecamp for nearby hiking, biking, off-roading. Amenities include private dock, potable water, deluxe porta-potty, fire ring, 2 picnic tables(under a 10' x 10' canopy with water mister), and some shady trees🌴🔭Bring your small RVs, SUV, Van, tents or camp under the stars. Perfect spot for a quick get away that is only about an hour from San Diego and Los Angeles. Our site is located on the shores of Lake Elsinore. 🛍️You are close to the restaurants, stores and the Historic Lake Elsinore, but you will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustles of the nearby cities. 🛶Bring your kayaks, canoes, or jetskis and launch if off the private dock. Fishing to your hearts desire (fishing license required). Close by are hiking trails, biking trails, off roading, water falls.

Lakeshore Retreat

Sunset was amazing!!!

The campsite was awesome. The area and bathroom were clean. The views of the lake were breathtaking. The way the sun shined off the water at sunset was amazing. Sadly, we weren’t able to get into the water due to high levels of algae. Although my 6 year old was disappointed, we still had a blast camping. Camp fire, good food, family and fun made for a great trip. Ed was a great host. Maybe next time we’ll get in the lake.

We loved it

I think you should be proud of your property we loved it …we didn’t get to swim only because waves were a bit strong and also tons of spiders at night I was too chicken to stay the night but be prepared !I did think the site was smaller than expected but we managed …would definitely come again

A waste of $$$

Would double check water quality reports for lake before booking. Water was “off-limits” due to algae bloom. Not great when wanting to paddleboard. Also, site rests 50 ft from a very busy road. If you seek privacy / security, this would not be a good choice. The campsite borders several others…which is fine, but there was litter / trash strewn everywhere…perhaps from an adjacent site? We chose not to stay after surveying the property and booked an alternative in Fallbrook same day.

This place was private, right on the water and had a lot of good shade. The porta potty was also very clean and well stocked. It was a great place to cool off on a hot weekend!
