Mystic Forest is a small, family-run campground between Klamath, CA, and Crescent City. We have 50 acres of beautiful forest sprinkled with redwood trees. We have restrooms, showers, laundry facility, a game room, a mini golf course, horseshoes, and a half-mile trail. We are pet-friendly. At the office you can find some grocery and redwoods souvenirs.

Mystic Forest Tent Site #8
Neat and shaded campground
We had a really nice check in with Sarah, who answered all my questions and had lots of information. This was a fun campground for kids! It had a couple hollowed out tree features that were fun for everyone to hang out in. There was a little playground, and even I small fenced area for our dog to run around. Campground number eight was beautiful and set right next to one of those hollowed out trees, but the site was only big enough to fit our six person tent and one car. The neighboring site was very close- not private- but the other side of our site was just woods. There was an area where I was able to do dishes, and the bathrooms, although quite small, were kept very clean. We had potable water close to our site, and it was nice that we didn’t have to pack out our garbage, there were garbage bins available for us to use during daylight hours. ** The Google directions we followed to the address were incorrect, but since we were so mesmerized by all of the redwoods surrounding the area, we didn’t notice we had driven a few miles beyond the campground. It was easy enough to turn around and The campground was very obvious once we started paying attention!

Warm Welcome (and showers!)
I loved my quick stay at Mystic campground! It was a small, family oriented campground with plenty of activities. I had the pleasure of chatting with Patrick and his wife and learned about the dedication they put into this camp. The showers were unbelievably clean and water stayed warm the whole time. They had a great dish washing station which made post dinner clean up a breeze while tent camping. If i were in the area again, i would definitely return!

Mystic Forest Tent Site #9
Great campground with very friendly and helpful and passionate hosts. We stayed in the tent sites, and there was a cool redwood that had once been struck by lightning. fire pits, tables, hot showers and very clean bathrooms. we didn't use any of the other amenities, but it also had a game room. would recommend to anyone!

Mystic Forest Tent Site #12
Cozy campground, with welcoming owners. The gift shot is worth a visit and the tent-spots are very private. It is not too far away from the coast to watch a beautiful sunset.

My Mystic Stay
What a cute campground! I stayed in a tent site. It was all they had left and wasn't the best site due to the roots all around the table and fireplace. Almost tripped a couple of times I'm so clumsy. lol. Did have a flat spot for the tent away from that though. All the other sites looked really nice and I'll be back but will reserve way ahead of time and stay away from site 11. That's my only complaint. Clean, warm, free showers. Bathroom very clean and Laundry. The forest trail that goes around the property is truly mystical. They have ice, firewood, potable water, and a cute gift store. Very friendly too! Highly recommended. I'll be back when again in the area. Thanks! Highly recommended and
