Groovy Little Patchwork Cabin
Me and my 5 year old son loved our time here! The hospitality and sense of community was unparalleled. The tiny cabin was perfect and adorable. The swimming pool was awesome, all the diverse people was super nice and the morning we were set to leave, we woke up with a dangerously low tire, someone pumped it up for us without any issues. Thank y'all! We will definitely back!

Nomad NEXUS Vanlife camp sites
Surrounded by nature
Our van site was nestled into the hillside, creating a nice nook for table and chairs. Bathrooms were very clean, the Cantina was well stocked for cooking. We were surrounded by birds and butterflies, and short hikes into the hills revealed beautiful flowers. It was a busy weekend at the campground, but still quiet and serene. Saskia and her team were friendly and very helpful. Pool looked wonderful. Thanks, guys!

Groovy Little Patchwork Cabin
My Only Disappointing HipCamp
A glorified junk yard being masqueraded as a HipCamp and movie set. They say it’s a movie set, but the only movie I see being filmed there is “Breaking Bad.” (See photos)
Not sure how anyone makes it out of there without rusty nails in their tires. To that point, if you still go, make sure you and your children have your tetanus shots. Old boards with rusty nails are all over the property, as are dozens of dilapidated trailers, some in pieces that could prove danger zones for children.
It really is a shame because it could be such a cool spot and some of the people who work there are nice and hardworking. But it’s inherently creepy, run-down property with what I perceive as lots of … side hustles. I found the place intriguing as a former investigative journo, but would NEVER take anyone I love here.

Lady-Bug Cabin
I honestly can not wait to come back! I stayed here with my husband and our dog and it was a great getaway from the city! Directions were clear, we found the cabin very easily and got to explore right away! Wifi worked great from our area aswell! It really does have everything you need! Everything from the restrooms to the kitchen area to the communal space was stocked perfectly! my favorite spot was definitely the pool overlooking the landscape! Overall AMAZING experience!
