This place was incredible! Private, quiet, gorgeous. We loved opening the door of our RV and stepping out to explore and play! Our family of three spent several hours at Sandy Valley ranch directly across the street from the camp spot. The staff was so friendly and the animals were such a treat. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back to spend more time! The drive in and out is spectacular. We used Sandy Valley Ranch on Google maps and the directions took us right to the entrance of the site.

Private and quiet site in the desert with really beautiful views yet easy to get to. We only had time to spend a short evening there but would definitely go back for a relaxing day. Nice campfire and picnic table set up. We had good reception on AT&T and T-mobile.

We loved our time camping at Timothy’s site! It was isolated and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. We had a fire pit and picnic table. Would definitely go again!

This location has two sites total, at the moment. When you pull onto the property there is an old garage on the right... And, the first site (#2) is directly across from it on the left. Across a dusty lot, but not far, is the second site (#1)... Still within view of the garage. This sort of made me feel like I was camping in someone's backyard. Had the spot reserved for 4 nights... But, left after 2. Friday evening was perfectly peaceful... However, from roughly 11 am to 11 pm on Saturday, I could hear what sounded like a rodeo loudspeaker. If I spoke Spanish, I would have been able to make out most of what they were saying. The host apologized and quickly refunded my entire stay, without my asking for anything. I think this could be a great spot for a few folks, out for a fun getaway. For me, I simply prefer a bit more peace and solitude. Decent spot... Great host."

Unfortunately I never made it too the site (I got stuck in Zion…long story), but Timothy was very proactive and responsive, which was wonderful. Can’t say anything about the site but based on my interaction with Timothy, I will be back.
