This is a very unique place. Perched above Humbug Creek with outstanding views, this Shipping Container Cabin is one of a kind. With decks on the roofs and an amazing view, the golden hour doesn't get much better. There is even a Rock Climbing wall. Lots of insane roads and places to explore. Humbug Creek was a famous gold mining valley with lots of lore and mystique. Located very remotely yet only 20 minutes to the I-5 and Yreka. An awesome place to get off the road and spend a few with epic beauty. Amazing for Dirt Biking too! This is just below glamping and far above traditional camping. There is an outdoor kitchen with a sink and counter space. Bring your own stove! One container is made into a bedroom and the other is a garage. You will find extra mattress' which you can use either in the garage container or put it on the roof and enjoy the amazing stars at night. We will provide a container full of sheets and a hamper to put your sheets when you leave. Please bring your own blankets for warmth. There is an outdoor toilet with a roof to provide shade. Enjoy.
Only 20 minutes from the 5! Wander the secret trails on the property or head down to the creek or Klamath River. There is a vast amount of places to explore in Humbug Creek on Craggy Mountain. Give Gold panning a try. There is said to be lots of gold still if one knows where to look. Great site for a motorcycle weekend or a base for hunting season! Very peaceful.
The klamath river is accessible on the dirt back roads about 15-20 minutes away. Lots of swimming holes and river access.

I usually go there in a Hyundai Elantra, two wheel drive. However, the road is a bit steep and gets quite washed out. Heed with caution and 4wd or AWD will make this easier.
