Nearly four acres close to town and amenities, yet quiet and secluded. Away from any major roads and on quiet nights, the fog horn from the Big River buoy can be heard. Wildlife on the property include piliated woodpeckers, deer, raccoons, jack rabbits, bears (keep your trash and food inside!), mountain lions, foxes, and of course, our resident ravens. Wild huckleberries and rhododendrons are abundant among the redwoods and fir. A beautiful spot to spend the night!

Absolutely lovely cute spot! Mollys land was really well kept, the bathroom was awesome and was very clean! We saw a baby deer, I would really recommend this place!

Easy access to site. Site for parking truck with pop-up tent is not quite level, so having GoTreads or comparable leveling device is recommended. Site is in a quiet, scenic area with some paths to walk rhe dogs. Milly came by after my arrival to welcome me.

Very clean very cute little glamping site . Very nice hosts very quiet and private setting. 5 stars on all fronts. Communication, cleanliness, and tons of fire wood for the guests .

Woods Tent Site
What a hidden gem!! It’s tucked into the redwoods but right across the street from town. The campground still felt very private and the outhouse is well built. Would definitely come back next time and I highly recommend

Secluded great campsite!
We loved camping on Molly’s property! Our campsite was private, clean outhouse to use, free firewood to utilize and great location to Mendocino beaches!
