Campsite near Los Angeles
Enjoyed my stay especially Richard's professionalism and quick responses. Stayed 6 days. Rare privacy for cost and location. Unfortunately the last 2 days were plagued by the tenants along the long steep driveway blocking my exit and taking suspiciously long to move their vehicles.

Campsite Close to Los Angeles
Great - but blocking driveway
Richard communicates quickly and is responsive. It's a nice urban campsite. After my 3rd day the driveway being blocked was an issue, had to honk horn to get them to come off roof. Next time I had to call Richard to get them to move cars. Also noise from construction from the living places this is behind. Otherwise good.

Convenient Camping Near Los Angeles
Safe and quiet place in a backyard
Richard was very welcoming and responsive. The backyard where you camp is down a (very) steep hill and is made of grass and shredded wood. There are a bunch of trailers and vans that seem to be stored there. Not a lot of room to maneuver. Overall this is a safe place in case you have nothing else in LA and don’t want to park overnight in the street. And it is fairly quiet.

The place has a very steep hill down to an area that looks like dump site.

Did what we needed it to do, but felt more like a storage yard than a camp.
